摘要
长三角地区大气污染的城市联动及动态交互影响已成为制约大气污染联防联控成效的关键问题。利用长三角地区城市空气质量指数(AQI),应用时间序列分析与网络分析方法探寻联防联控应对机制,研究发现:长三角地区城市间大气污染呈现出多线程的网络结构联动关系;利用连云港等6城市的网络"中介"作用,易于调控城市之间大气污染的联动关系;长三角地区的城市可划分为四个空间聚类,降低"净溢出"与"经纪人"聚类之间的大气污染联动,提高与"净受溢"聚类之间的大气污染联动,将有利于提升大气污染联防联控成效。
Air pollution's urban linkage and dynamic interaction in the Yangtze River delta region has become a key issue constraining the effects of air pollution prevention and control. Using the Yangtze River Delta region city's air quality index(AQI) daily data in2015,we utilize time series measurement and network analysis method to explore the coping mechanisms of air pollution prevention and control.The findings are: the air pollution among cities in the Yangtze River Delta appears a strong relationship and a multi-threaded network structure; using the intermediary role of six cities(Lianyungang,et al.) in air pollution urban linkage network,we can easily regulate air pollution linkage among other cities; the Yangtze River delta region can be divided into four spatial clusters,and to decrease the air pollution linkages between net spillover cluster and broker cluster,and increase the air pollution linkages between the other clusters and net receiver cluster will promote the effects of air pollution prevention and control.
