摘要
以高档数控机床角接触球轴承-主轴系统为研究对象,建立了新的计及非线性HERTZ接触、预紧力、球数变化的高精密主轴系统动力学模型,通过Newton-Ralfson method和精细积分算法(precise integration method)获取了主轴系统在有、无弹流润滑(EHL)状态下的时、频域参数变化与三维响应图。计算实例表明:该模型可应用于润滑状态下主轴系统动特性分析,为进一步精度设计提供借鉴。
This paper presented an analysis model to investigate angular contact ball bearings-spindle system of high-grade CNC machine tools.The dynamic model of high precision spindle system was built with nonlinearity HERTZ contact,preload forces and nodule number.The frequency domain parameters and three-dimensional response map of the spindle system response with and withoutelastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) in multi-field coupling service were solved by using NewtonRalfson method and the precise integration method.The results show that this model can be applied to transient study the dynamic characteristics of lubricated spindle systems and provide reference for further precision design.
