我国社会的经济发展不平衡致使贫富差距有所加大,并导致高校大学生贫富分层,贫困大学生的数量在增加,国家助学的力度也在增大。因此,高校对贫困大学生的认定工作变得尤为重要。高校在贫困生认定时,应制定科学规范的认定标准,建立贫困生信息档案和数据库,规范认定程序,提高认定的科学性性和公正性,达到认定的基本公平。

With the unbalanced development of the economy in our society, the chspanty between the rich and poverty become more distant than before in our county. The result is that the Rich-poor gap was produced in the universities. The number of impoverished college students is larger. However, the intensity to assist the impoverished students is increasing. Thus, the work of determination impoverished college students is more important than before. Firstly the article elaborates the present situation of the work about the determination impoverished college students in universities. And then the article points out the problems in the work of the determination. In the end, the corresponding measures are presented to solve problems.
