基于朝鲜半岛局势常态化与朝鲜经济发展视角的辽宁区域对朝经济对策

Liaoning's Economic Policies toward DPRK: A Perspective of Normalized Situation of Korean Peninsula and DPRK's Economic Development

朝鲜的经济改革及对外贸易的战略调整,对我国及朝鲜半岛局势具有重要的影响。回眸近5年的半岛局势不难发现"摩擦不断""缓和而不持久"的朝鲜半岛局势的常态下朝鲜经济逐渐出现微弱复苏迹象。但由于2016年年初朝鲜进行第四次核试验及9月9日进行第五次核试验,联合国安全保障理事会的对朝制裁会进一步升级,也必然对朝鲜近年来的经济发展带来更大的压力。本文主要基于朝鲜半岛局势变化与朝鲜经济发展视角探讨辽宁区域对朝经济对策。

DPRK＇ s economic reform and strategic adjustment of its foreign trade have a significant effect on China and the situation of Korean peninsula. In the past five years, DPRK＇ s economy slightly recovered under the situation in Korean peninsula with constant conflicts and short alleviation. Due to DPRK＇ s two nuclear tests in 2016, the UN Security Council will upgrade the sanctions on it which will bring more pressure on its economic de- velopment. In this paper, Liaoning＇ s economic policies toward of Korean peninsula and DPRK＇ s economic development. DPRK are discussed in a perspective of the situation of Korean peninsula and DPRK＇ s economic development.
