摘要
高职教师作为我国技术技能人才的主要实施者之一,自身的跨文化交际能力(ICC)如何,在以往的研究中还鲜有涉及。在扬州市某高职院校非英语专业教师中进行问卷调查,从跨文化敏感度、语言交际能力、非语言交际能力3个方面考察高职院校教师ICC的总体状况,从性别和学历角度检验差异性,并以全球意识、文化调适、知识和交际实践为内容,从输入、输出、评估、激励途径对高职教师ICC的构建提出建议。
Higher vocational college teachers, as one of the main implementers of technical and skilled talents in China, there is little involving in the past study on their Intercultural Communication Competence (ICC).A survey in the non-English major teachers of a higher vocational college in Yangzhou City is carried out to investigate the overall situation of the teachers' ICC from the three as- pects of ICC sensibility scale, verbal communication competence and non-verbal communication competence.The differences are tested from the perspectives of gender and education background. Some suggestions on constructing the teachers' ICC are proposed from the aspects of contents, including global consciousness, cultural adaption, knowledge and communication practice, and ap- proaches, including input, output, assessment and stimulation.
