产业转型升级驱动下高职人才培养模式的研究

Research on the Training Mode of Higher Vocational Talents Driven by Industrial Transformation and Upgrading

依托地域经济背景,为社会提供适用的高技能应用型人才是现代职业教育的根本使命与价值体现。校企联盟深入合作是高职教育可持续发展的必由之路。以东莞市制造业转型升级的需求为依据,介绍东莞职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业在探索以深化校企合作为主线的"全程贯穿式"高技能应用型人才培养模式过程中取得的一些成效,并提出促进校企合作有效实施的保障机制。

Relying on the regional economy background, it＇ s the fundamental mission and value of modem vocational education to provide suitable high-skilled applied talents for the society. School-enterprise deepcooperation is the definite way to thesustainable development of higher vocational education. Based on the needs of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Dongguan, the specialty ofelectromechanical integration technology in Dongguan Polytechnic exploresthe whole process of high- skilled and applied talents training mode by deepening the school-enterprise cooperation as the main line. Achievements are intro- duced, and safeguard mechanismisput forward to promote the effective implementation of school-enterprise cooperation.
