毕业生党员就业质量视域下人才教育培养——以龙岩学院为例

Talent Education and Cultivation Based on Employment Quality of Party Member among Graduates——a Case Study of Longyan University

对毕业生党员问卷调查及实践考察结果进行统计分析,毕业生党员良好的政治、业务素质,使其在工作岗位上深受重视,得到用人单位的高度评价。除在思想上过硬外,还需要提高学生党员先进性,培养学生党员成为应用型人才,能够创新创业,保证就业质量。

This paper studies the talent training ways of improving employment quality. A case study is conducted among a group of party member graduates in Longyan University, and the current employment situation can be found that their good political, professional qualities and strong ideological qualities make them highly appreciated and evaluated by the employ units. Other solutions need be taken by the university are to cultivate student party members progressiveness, to train them to applied talents who have the spirits of entreprencurship and innovation, to ensure the quality of employment.
