Classroom management is an extremely complex field in education and teaching. Students and teachers is the main part of the classroom. Whether students can be engaged in classroom activities and creation relies on Classroom management which again restricts classroom activities. Classroom management is not the only way to increase teaching effectiveness. Ecological classroom management is people orientated and gives more focus on man＇s all-round development, and promote the sustainable development of effective teaching.
