中俄合作办学下俄语教学的问题与前景

Problems and Prospects of Russian Teaching and Learning in the Context of Sino-Russian Joint School Running

在经济全球化的背景下,高等教育国际化已经成为当今世界高等教育发展的一种必然趋势,中俄联合办学对我国高等教育的发展有着重要的意义。自1989年开始,依托独特的地缘优势,黑河学院先后与俄罗斯十余所高校建立友好合作关系,广泛开展互派学生、互聘专家、学术交流、联办学刊、联合培养本硕学生等教育交流合作,并取得了较好的成效,在本科教学中拥有相对优势。

Under the development of economic globalization, higher education internationalization has become a trend of the higher education development. Sino-Russian joint school running has great significance to the development of the higher education in our country. Relying on the unique geographical advantages, Heihe University has successively established friendly cooperation relationship with more than ten Russian universities since 1989. The two parties has carried out in a large scale some programs in educational exchanges like exchange of students, mutual experts, academic exchange, jointly-ruuning journals as well as co-training undergraduates and graduates. Up to now, better effectiveness has been made and relative advantages have been possessed in undergraduate education.
