清代蒙古军事控制政策探究

Study on Mongolia Military Control Policy in the Qing Dynasty

清朝对蒙古除了高官厚禄,儿女联姻以外,更有强大的军事管理和驻守防范。这些军事政策主要表现在清廷在长城沿线的驻兵,对喀尔喀蒙古军权的集中,对内扎萨克王公军权的监控,对内属蒙古军权的全部褫夺等方面。清对蒙古军事控制政策坚定,对蒙古的防范和不断强化的统治说明满蒙联盟只是清初,后来逐渐变成了一种统治与臣属的关系。

The Qing Dynasty had more powerful military management and garrison prevention to Mongolia in addition to giving high post and matched salary as well as joint marriage.These military policies mainly embodied in the following things： sending station troops along the Great Wall, concentrating military power of Khalka Mongolian, monitoring military surveillance＇towards Jasagh princes, and depriving all military power of genera in Mongolian and so on. Qing adopted firm military control policy towards Mongolian and strengthened the prevention constantly, which can prove that alliance between Qing and Mongolian just happened at the early Qing Dynasty, then they gradually became a kind of rule and vassal relationship.
