One of the main purposes of the international research universities is to cultivate innovative talents, and the quality and the level of cultivating innovative talents is also reckoned as the main measurable standard of schooling running. The personnel training modes of top-notch and innovative talents in international research universities should pay more focuses on the following： the establishment of mechanism system, the innovation of the curriculum system, the combination of theory and practice teaching, and building enriched campus culture environment to influence college students.
