加强高校个性化人才培养有助于提高学生的创新能力,我国对高校个性化人才培养的教学模式存在一些问题,如同质化、创新能力欠缺、个人能力单调等。人才个性化的培养应具有多样性,应制定开放性、主动性的教学方法。

Strengthening personalized talent training in college is conductive to the improvement of students＇ innovation ability. However, there still exist some problems in the teaching mode of personalized talent training in colleges in our country. These problems include homogeneity, lack of innovation ability, monotonous personal ability, etc. Therefore, the personalization of talent training should be diverse and should adopt teaching methods like openness and initiativeness.
