网络舆情中的怪波现象与数学建模

摘要 通过统计微博热门话题的阅读量和相关微博数,发现网络舆情热点问题中存在怪波(Rogue Wave)现象,其特点为形成迅速、波幅巨大、持续时间短、对其他话题有排他性。利用Kd V方程及其怪波解讨论怪波的形成机制和演变趋势,为网络舆情监测、控制提供相应的理论基础和对策建议。 It can found that there exists the phenomenon of rogue wave in the hotspoi issues of network public opinion by analyzing statistics of pageviews and the number of relevant microblogs about hot topics. The rogue wave has the characteristics of rapid formation, huge amplitude, short duration and being exclusive to other topics. This paper discusses the forming mechanism and evolution trend about rogue wave by using KdV equation and solutions to rogue wave. It is hopeful that the discussion can provide corresponding theoretical basis and the countermeasures for monitoring and controllingthe network public opinion.
