摘要
为对金线莲的组培快繁和林下仿野生栽培提供技术支持,采用正交试验方法,研究栽培基质、覆盖稻草和避雨措施对金线莲成活率及生长的影响。结果表明:栽培基质和避雨措施对林下栽培金线莲成活率的影响均达极显著水平(P<0.01),覆盖稻草对金线莲成活率影响不显著;栽培基质对林下栽培金线莲鲜重和茎长的影响显著(P<0.05),避雨措施和覆盖稻草对金线莲的鲜重和茎长无显著影响。金线莲林下栽培的有效措施是基质选用药渣,在基质上铺一层稻草和进行避雨栽培。
To provide technical support for rapid in vitro propagation and cultivation of A. roxburghii under forest, the orthogonal experiment was conducted to explore the effects of cultivation substrates, straw covering and rainproof factors on survival rate and growth of A. roxburghii. Results:Cultivation substrates and rainproof factors had very significant effects(P〈0. 01)on survival rate of A. roburghii seedings. Straw covering had no significant influence on survival rate of A. roburghii seedings; Cultivation substrates had significant effects(P〈0 . 05) on fresh weight and stem length of A. roburghii; Rainproof factors and straw covering were of no significant influence on fresh weight and stem length. The effective measures for cultivation of A. roxburghii under forest were as follows, taking medical residues as the cultivation substrate, laying straw over the substrate and rainproof cultivation.
