方块地毯边角废料循环再利用技术初探 被引量:1

摘要 利用破碎机等设备将方块地毯生产过程中所产生的边角废料进行粉碎,筛选后得到分离良好的粒径为100~150目的碳酸钙和PVC微粉(即再生料)。将该再生料作为部分原料,再按照一定比例加入原生料,成功生产出含再生料的方块地毯。性能测试结果表明,再生料方块地毯的簇绒拔出力、热和水引起的翘曲分别比原生料方块地毯降低4.47%、14.28%;就耐光色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐燃性及毯基上单位面积绒头质量4个指标而言,再生料方块地毯和原生料方块地毯完全一致;同时再生料方块地毯显示出良好的经济效益,说明地毯边角废料循环再利用完全可行。 The wastes produced during the production of square carpets were crushed by using curshers, and after being screened, the finely separated micro-powders of calcium carbonate and PVC with the size of 100 -150 meshs, namely recycled materials, were obtained. The recycled material was used as a part of raw materials, and then a square carpet containing the recycled material was successfully produced by adding a certain proportion of the raw material. The performance experiment results showed that the pull-out force of tufts and the curl-up caused by heat & water of the square carpet containing recycled material were respectively reduced by 4.47% and 14.28%. In tel^ns of four indexes such as light fastness, abrasion fastness, flame resistance and pile mass of unit area above the substrate, the square carpet containing recycled materials was the same as the square carpet made of original matetials. Meanwhile, the square carpet containing recycled materials had a good economic benefit, which showed that the recycling of carpet wastes was completely feasible.
