摘要
在国内,学术界对于失能老人和长期照护的研究,至少也有十来年的时间了。本文从老龄化催生长期照护服务和长期照护保险入手,对诸多相关的研究成果进行比较和整合,并结合国情进行取舍和提炼,试图找出在中国建立长期照护保险制度的合适的途径和模式。
Domestieally Academic circles have studied,the disabled elders and long-term care system at least for ten years. This paper starts with that ageing hasten long-term care services and insurance,compare and integrate many related research results,combine with national conditions to choice and refine,try to find out the right way and model for establishing long-term care insurance system in China.
