摘要
以自润滑关节轴承中的纤维编织衬垫为研究对象,采用有限元数值模拟与试样温度测量实验相结合的方式,建立了纤维编织复合自润滑衬垫试验温度场的有限元模型,并对试样在不同工况条件下的温升过程进行了有限元模拟,为自润滑关节轴承衬垫的性能评价和温度场模拟提供了理论基础和试验依据。
The joint self- lubricating bearings in fiber woven liner as the research object, using the finite element numerical simulation and temperature measurement experiment combination, established fiber woven composite self lubricating liner test finite element model of the temperature field, and the samples in different conditions the temperature rising process is simulated by finite element method and the theoretical and experimental basis for the performance evaluation of self lubricating joint bearing liner and temperature field simulation.
