摘要
在详细分析影响机械加工精度的误差基础上,提出了提高机械加工精度的工艺措施,包括直接减少原始误差、补偿原始误差、分化原始误差以及转移原始误差等。这些措施可以显著减少机械加工当中的原始误差。
Based on introduction of the influence of machining accuracy, this paper proposed measures to improve the machining precision of the process, including direct reduction of the original error, the original error compensation, the original error differentiation and shift the original error. These measures can significantly reduce the original error of mechanical processing.
