摘要
基于带式输送机的结构,分析带式输送机皮带打滑、皮带跑偏、皮带撒料、减速机异响和漏油等几种常见故障产生的原因,并提出解决措施,以提高带式输送机的运行状态。
Based on the structure of belt conveyor, this paper analpesthe belt conveyor belt slippage, several common faults of belt deviation are analyzed,scattering granules／abnormal sound and oil lealling and then puts forward measures to improve the running state of the belt conveyor.
