海水淡化在无居民海岛保护和利用中的应用

Application of Seawater Desalination in the Conservation and Utilization Planning of Uninhabited Islands

无居民海岛是我国领土的重要组成部分,其社会、经济、政治和军事价值不容忽视。我国海岛淡水资源比较缺乏,保证淡水供应是海岛经济发展的重要支持条件。介绍了海岛海水淡化技术及应用情况,归纳总结了海水淡化技术在海岛规模化应用存在的问题;针对无居民海岛开发利用特点,从可再生资源利用、海水淡化船建设、远程监控系统构建等提出海水淡化技术在无居民海岛应用的建议。

Uninhabited islands are an important part of the territory of our country, and their social, economic, political and military value cannot be ignored. Seawater desalination technologies and its applications were introduced in this paper. Several potential problems which hinder the mass-application of seawater desalination techno- logy on the islands were summarized based on the analysis of current technological situation. In the light of the characteristics of the development and utilization of uninhabited islands, some advices about the usage of renewable resources ,mobile seawater desalination device, remote monitoring were proposed.
