山东省智慧城市发展指数测算与实证分析

Calculation and Empirical Analysis on the Development Index of Smart City in Shandong Province

运用模型法定量分析智慧城市发展水平,能准确判断区域智慧城市的水平,为政府制定今后的发展战略及相关政策提供参考。采用综合评价指数法和雷达图分析法,结合2006—2014年山东省社会经济数据,综合测算了山东省城市智慧化发展水平。结果表明,2008年以来山东省智慧城市总体处于加速提升阶段;2006—2014年信息化基础设施发展最快,智慧城市发展效果进展缓慢,智慧应用和环境支撑较为平稳。

Model quantitative analysis on the development of smart city,can accurately determine the level of regional smart city and provide reference for the government to set future development strategies and related policies. The development level of Shandong smart city is calculated by the comprehensive evaluation index method and radar chart analysis method, along with the social and economic data of Shandong Province from 2006 to 2014. The results show that the smart city has been in an overall accelerating promotion stage in Shandong Province since 2008. The information infrastructure developed fastest from 2006 to 2014, but the progress effect of smart city was slow, and intelligence applications and environmental support is relatively stable.
