我国网络远程教育的著作权保护研究及其国际借鉴——以《信息网络传播权保护条例》第八条为视角

On Copyright Protection of Distance Education in China and Its International Experience

随着《著作权法》第三次修改如火如荼的展开,相信其通过只是时间问题。而为了适应新的《著作权法》,对《信息网络传播权保护条例》的修改也迫在眉睫。本文旨在通过对世界上主要发达国家关于远程教育的著作权规定的分析,及其对我国今后远程教育的著作权研究和立法的借鉴,来完善我国《信息网络传播权保护条例》中的远程教育立法。

With the third revision of the ＂Copyright Law＂ is in full swing, it is believed it is only a matter of time to pass the law. In order to adapt to the new ＂Copyright Law＂, it is imminent to modify the ＂Regulations for the Protection of Information Network Transmission Right＂. This paper aims to improve distance education legislation of the＂ Regulations for the Protection of Information Network Transmission Right＂ by analyzing the provisions of distance education in the world＇s major developed coun- tries, and learning the others ＇ experiences to improve distance education legislation of China＇s future copyright law.
