摘要 工匠精神蕴含的丰富思想和文化内涵,与现代设计人文素质与职业道德教育具有高度的统一性和内在的契合度。工匠精神中的"精益求精、追求极致、严谨求真、敬业奉献"的思想,融入设计学生人文素质教育,通过"营造氛围、培养意识、提升能力、搭建平台、提供服务"等方面,着力培养知识丰富、技能娴熟具有工匠精神的高素质技能人才。 The Craftsman Spirit contains abundant concept and culture, in high coherence with modem designing human quality and vocational moral education. The main ideas of the Craftsman Spirit are striving for perfection, pursuing the best,eager for stringent and realistic, and making devotion and contribution. Those are incorporated into designing students' human quality education. The Craftsman Spirit focus on cultivating high quality technical personnel who have rich knowledge and proficient skills from some aspects, such as creating atmosphere, developing consciousness, raising ability, building platform and affording service.
