摘要
物种多度分布是格氏栲林物种多样性研究的一个重要领域 .该文以格氏栲林 7个主要群落组成类型 :①格氏栲 +木荷 +木姜子 (Castanopsiskawakamii+Schimasuperba +Litseamollifolia) ;②格氏栲 +虎皮楠 +木荷 (Castanopsiskawakamii+Daphniphyllumoldhamii+Schimasuperba) ;③格氏栲 +青冈栎 +冬青 (Castanopsiskawakamii+Quercusglan dulifera +Ilexpurpurea) ;④格氏栲 (Castanopsiskawakamii)纯林 ;⑤马尾松 +木荷 +杜英 (Pinusmassoniana +Schimasu perba +Elaeocarpusdecipiens) ;⑥格氏栲 +马尾松 +老鼠刺 (Castanopsiskawakamii +Pinusmassoniana +Symplocosstel laris) ;⑦甜槠 +格氏栲 +木荷 (Castanopsiseyrei+Castanopsiskawakamii+Schimasuperba) ,进行种类数量调查 ,提出采用非参数核密度估计方法对格氏栲林 7个主要群落乔木层、灌木层及所有木本植物的物种多度进行拟合、检验以及图解分析 .结果表明 :核估计方法能很好地描述格氏栲林不同的主要群落乔木层、灌木层及所有木本植物物种多度分布 。
The kernel density estimation method was used to simulate and illustrate the species abundance of 7 main communities by investigating species amounts of community composition types in C. kawakamii forest,which including ① C. kawakamii+S. superba+L. mollifolia,②C. kawakamii+D. oldhamii+S. superba,③C. kawakamii+Q. glandulifera+I. purpurea,④C. kawakamii pure forest,⑤ P. massoniana+S. superba+E. decipiens,⑥C. kawakamii+P. massoniana+S. stellaris,⑦C. eyrei+C. kawakamii+S. superba .The results show that species abundance of arbor layer,shrub layer and all woody plants of 7 main communities in C. kawakamii forest all can be well described by non parametric kernel method based on the sample data without assuming the species abundance distribution.The non parametric kernel density estimation is suggested as a useful method for species abundance distribution simulation in C. kawakamii forest,and will expand the study method in biological diversity,and is provided for resources management and protection of rare and endangered plants.
