高职院校大学生就业价值观问题的诊断与对策

The Diagnosis and Countermeasures against the Problems in Vocational College Students' Values of Employment

当前高职院校大学生就业价值观中存在着"功利主义倾向"、"就业认知模糊"、"职场操守淡化"等问题,影响大学生科学择业、顺利就业、成功创业。应整合校内教育资源,实现专业技能教育、思想政治教育和就业指导教育的协同推进;加强工学交替和顶岗实习环节的职业素质教育,促进核心价值观、职业人素养和企业文化的糅合塑化;培育科学理性的社会大环境,营造宏观政策、高职院校和社会舆论正向引导的良好氛围。

Nowadays ,there exist some problems invocational college students＇values of employment, such as u-tilitarian tendency, vague employment cognition, weak professional ethics and the like, whichmake collegestudents unable tochoosejobs scientifically, obtain employment smoothly or start a business successfully. There-fore, we should integrate the college＇s educational sources; promote professional skills education, ideologicaland political education and employment guidance education together; strengthen professional quality educationin training and internship ; promote the fusion of core values, professional quality and enterprise culture. In ad-dition, we should cultivate scientific and rational social environment, create good atmosphere formacro policy,vocational colleges, and the guidance of publicopinion.
