摘要
就业能力是保证高校学生充分就业、提升就业质量的关键因素。旅游管理学科具有应用性、实践性强的特点,为此高校旅游管理专业在人才培养过程中,应以就业能力的培养为教学导向,从教育理念、课程体系、实践环节、师资队伍等方面进行系统设计,以此提高学生的就业竞争力。
Students ' capability of job- seeking is a key factor to ensure a full placement and enhance placement quality. Owing to the features of high applicability and practicality, the major of tourism management should take the development of job-seeking capabilities as guidance to design its educational philosophy,course system,practical teaching and teacher team development systematically to enhance the students' competitiveness in job market.
