A Study on a One-stop Job Placement Guidance Mode for University Students

大学生的就业指导教育应该根据形势的变化而相应进行改革。学生从入学开始就进行就业观、职业观、就业政策和就业形势教育。大学生就业观的教育贯穿大学学习的全过程,把入学教育、素质能力教育、专业思想教育和心理健康教育结合起来,提高大学生学习、发展、择业和实现人生目标的能力。逐步提高大学生教育质量,完善学生的知识结构,树立正确的就业观和创业意识。

The education on job placement of university students shall be reformed according to the new changes of situation,i.e.,the education on the outlooks of job,career,employment policies and situation shall be provided for college students from beginning to end in the 4 years. Such education shall integrate freshmen orientation,quality development,professional education and mental counseling,aiming to improve college students in learning,development,job- seeking and self- actualization by raising educational quality,perfecting their structure of knowledge and shaping their opinions on job placement and startup.
