摘要 理实一体化教学法是一种先进的教学方法,在此以食品理化分析为探索对象,阐述了对理实一体化教学的认识,探索了基于"理实一体化"模式下的食品理化分析教学改革与实践,初步形成了食品理化分析"理实一体化"教学模式。 The pedagogy of theory-practice integration is an advanced teaching method. The paper,with the course of Physical and Chemical Analysis of Food as research object,elaborated an insight into that teaching method and presented the reform and practice of the course taught in that mode,in which a rudimentary "theory-practice" integration teaching framework for the course has been formulated.
