The pedagogy of theory-practice integration is an advanced teaching method. The paper,with the course of Physical and Chemical Analysis of Food as research object,elaborated an insight into that teaching method and presented the reform and practice of the course taught in that mode,in which a rudimentary ＂theory-practice＂ integration teaching framework for the course has been formulated.
