工匠精神背景下高职院校校企文化融通的路径探索——以安徽机电职业技术学院为例

A Study on the Approaches to Integrating Campus and Enterprise Cultures in Pursuit of Craftsmanship in Higher Vocational Schools——with Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as an Example

经济新常态下,培养大国工匠的重要性越发凸显。安徽机电职业技术学院充分发挥校企文化融通对培养人才的积极作用,深化产教融合、校企合作,将校企文化融入人才培养全过程,探索形成了"订单式"人才培养全程融入校企文化、"校中厂"与"厂中校"多维融通校企文化、创新创业立体引领校企文化、技能大赛全面渗透校企文化、现代学徒制试点全方位融入校企文化等五个独具特色的校企文化融通路径,为培养未来的大国工匠夯实了基础。

It has become more and more important to pursue craftsmanship Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, both culture have been integrated into the whole process of talent cultivation on in today＇s new normal state. In campus culture and enterprise the basis of industry-education combination and school- enterprise cooperation when attention was paid to the positive effects of such combination and cooperation upon the education of talents with the craftsmanship. In the school＇s long-term practice, five approaches to integrating cultures of campus and enterprise have been established such as an ＂order- based＂ talent cultivation mode, the mode of ＂ factory - in - school＂ and ＂ school - in - factory＂ , innovation and startup education, technical skills contests and pilot program of modem apprenticeship. All these measures have laid a foundation for the cultivation of promising technical workers with craftsmanship.
