摘要
近年来,国内教育界借鉴西方学徒制理念和经验,不断推进"现代学徒制"人才培养模式的改革。现代学徒制的内涵及要素十分丰富,但归纳起来其本质应是法制化和师徒化。当前阶段我国实施现代学徒制面临着企业主导还是学校主导、是否适合所有专业、学习地点是否都放置校外、是否在招生时即完成招工、顶层跨部门如何合作、行业组织如何加强自身建设,存在哪些多元形式等问题,有待我们进一步思考和解决。
A reform on talent cultivation mode centering around " Modern Apprenticeship" is being carried forward in China on the basis of western experiences and ideas. Despite its rich connotations and elements, modern apprenticeship has to be based on laws and master-to-apprentice instruction. At present, a lot of problems on modern apprenticeship needs further consideration as to whether it shall be guided by enterprises or schools, whether it is fit for all the specialties, whether off-campus study shall be adopted for all the courses, whether worker recruitment shall be done when students are enrolled, what inter- department cooperation at the top level shall be like, how industry organizations reinforce themselves, how the system can be diversified, etc.
