A Study on the Construction of Curriculum Groups Based on the Development of Certain Working Abilities for Specific Jobs——with the Faculty of Food Nutrition and Testing as an Example

摘要 文章就高职院校食品营养与检测专业的就业岗位进行了分析,总结出四大就业岗位,并探讨了四大岗位的工作任务、岗位能力,最后研究了以岗位能力为导向的课程群的构建。 An analysis was made in the paper on possible jobs for the students majored in food nutrition and testing from higher vocational schools. On the basis, a conclusion was drawn that 4 types of jobs might be in need of these students together with a discussion on their respective major tasks and necessary working abilities. In the final part, some proposals were presented on the construction of curriculum groups oriented to the development of working abilities.
