摘要
"一带一路"是近年来在经济发展新常态下提出的集经济、政治、文化为一体的标志性战略,其范围从国内延续到亚非欧各国,对推动欧亚一体化进程具有重大意义。"一带一路"战略的提出为我国人力资源的配置与开发提供了新的契机,为此,我们要充分利用"一带一路"战略优势,做好各相关区域的人力资源管理工作,以推动我国经济的可持续发展。
The Belt and Road Initiative, proposed in recent new normal state, is a symbolic strategy beyond bounds of China integrating economy, politics and culture, and of great significance for the integration of Europe and Asia. It has brought new opportunities to the configuration and development of human resources, which indicates that human resources management in relevant fields shall make full use of the strategic advantages of the initiative for the sustainable economic development of China.
