新形势下加强高校少数民族学生教育管理工作路径探析

A Study on the Approaches to Reinforcing the Education and Management of Minority University Students in the New Situation

当前高校少数民族学生教育管理在思想认识、工作力度、队伍建设等方面存有一定的不足。因此,如何加强高校少数民族学生教育管理具有重要的时代意义,也是高校需要探讨的一个重要课题。在新形势下,各高校应该在工作机制、意识形态阵地建设、大学生社会主义核心价值观培育、管理队伍建设等方面多下功夫,采取有效性举措,切实加强和改进少数民族学生教育管理工作。

It is an important issue for universities to reinforce the education and management of minority university students because of their defects in understanding, efforts and team construction of the job. In the new situation, a university shall have to do more in working mechanism, ideological construction, university students＇ socialist core value cultivation and management team construction and take some effective measures to strengthen and improve the education and management of minority students.
