摘要
介绍了刻度标尺精确定位技术的工作原理及系统组成,以及该检测技术在高炉小车精确对位系统中的应用。通过使用该技术实现了小车定位及远程自动换仓卸料操作和监测,降低了现场操作人员的劳动强度,保障了操作人员职业健康,提高了高炉生产的自动化程度。
The working principle and the system composition of the scale ruler calibration precision positioning technology is introduced,and the application of this calibration technology in the precise alignment system of the blast furnace is presented. By using of this technology,the vehicle positioning,the remote automatic warehouse unloading operation and the system monitoring are realized. It can reduce the labor intensity of the site operators,can ensure the occupation health of the operators,and also can improve the automation degree of the production of the blast furnace.
