摘要
研究了一类具有垂直感染、预防接种的SIRS传染病模型,得到了无病平衡点、地方病平衡点和基本再生数.通过对系统进行线性化,讨论了特征方程根的分布情况;再通过构造Lyapunov函数,得到了无病平衡点及地方病平衡点全局稳定性.最后数值模拟验证所得结论,解释其生物学意义.
In this paper, a kind SIRS epidemic model with vertical infection and vaccination are studied and obtained the disease -free equilibrium, endemic equilibrium and basic reproductive number are obtained. By linearizing the system, the distribution of the root of the characteristic equation is discussed, and then the global stability of the disease - free constructing the Lyapunov function. Finally, through equilibrium and endemic equilibrium is obtained by the numerical simulation, the conclusion is verified. and its biological significance is explained.
