摘要
在反铁磁/电介质/穿孔金属三明治结构中,利用传输矩阵的方法研究Voigt位型下二次谐波的生成,发现泵浦波的频率和穿孔金属孔大小、间距对二次谐波的生成有很大影响.当泵浦波垂直入射时,由于穿孔金属介电函数特殊性质,使三明治结构中的磁性介质中光局域化效果增强,二次谐波输出能流密度对比反铁磁单层膜有了很大提高.该研究为二次谐波转换器件、反铁磁器件的小型化提供了理论依据.
The second harmonic generation with antiferromagnetic/ dielectric/ perforated metalstructure sandwich structure in Voigt geometry are calculated. The results have a huge effect on second harmonic generation, size and distance perforated metal hole. In particular, when pump wave incidents vertically, the output of energy flux density in second harmonic has a greater the special properties of perforated metal' s dielectric functions improvement than antiferromagnetic film. As making more efficient on the light localization of magnetic medium in sandwich structure. A theoretical basis of second harmonic conversion device, the miniaturization of antiferromagnetic device is provided.
