为健全我省国土资源评价机制,提升科学决策水平,提高各级国土部门的绩效管理和履职能力,福建省厅按照"量化指标、精确管理、定向指导、差别政策"的总体要求,以国土资源大数据为基础,建设完成了集国土资源全要素监测、重要因素自动化评价、智能化辅助决策分析等功能于一体的国土资源管理监测评价和辅助决策系统,实现了国土资源管理工作从传统的手工、定期、定性评价向自动、实时和定量评价转变。
