摘要
长链非编码RNAs(long noncoding RNAs,lnc RNAs)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸,不具有蛋白质编码功能的RNA,过去被视为转录的噪音,但近年的研究表明,它们在基因表达的调控中发挥重要作用。Lnc RNAs能在表观遗传、转录以及转录后水平多个层面发挥作用。本文概述了lnc RNAs的分类及分子作用,并综述了其在心血管疾病中的研究进展。
LncRNAs are a series of non-coding RNAs whose length are more than 200 nucleotides, but without protein-coding potential. They were previously considered the "noise" of gene t ranscr iption, but increasing evidences show the impor tant roles of lnc R NAs in the gene expression regulator y network. Recent studies proved that lnc R NAs can regulate gene expression at epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional level. This review summarizes recent advances in the functions and mechanisms of lnc RNAs in cardiovascular diseases.
