茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果(400例)

Clinical Analysis of 400 Cases of Neonatal Jaundice for Yinzhihuang Oral Solution

目的探讨茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月期间接受治疗的400例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,按照(0,1)分布随机均分成两组。对照组采用蓝光疗法等常规治疗方式,试验组在常规治疗的基础上给予茵栀黄口服液的治疗,对两组不良反应发生情况与治疗有效率进行观察。结果试验组与对照组的治疗有效率分别为92.50%与77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均没有发生任何不良反应。结论在新生儿黄疸的治疗中,茵栀黄口服液的应用能够有效地改善新生儿黄疸的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the Yinzhihuang oral solution for the clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 400 cases of neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital from 2014 February to 2016 February were randomly divided into two groups according to the（0,1） distribution. The control group were treated by blue light therapy and other conventional treatment methods, treatment of patients in the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the given bacteria Yinzhihuang oral solution, observed the condition and treatment efficiency. Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 92.50% and 77.50% respectively, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal jaundice, application of bacteria Yinzhihuang oral solution can effectively improve the neonatal jaundice treatment effect.
