调燮中土法治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

Clinical Study of Adjustment and Control in Digestive System with TCM on Herpes Zoster

目的观察调燮中土法治疗带状疱疹临床疗效。方法 100例患者根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予阿昔洛韦。治疗组在对照组基础上另加服中药。两组均连续治疗10 d。结果治疗组总有效率为98.00%高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组疼痛开始缓解时间和结痴时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛评分与治疗前比较均下降(均P<0.05),且治疗组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调燮中土法结合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹能有效缓解疼痛,快速改善临床症状,可提高总体疗效率,减少并发症的发生。

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of adjustment and control in digestive system with TCM on herpes zoster. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each. The control group received acyclovir, and the treatment group were treated with extra Chinese medicine. The treatment lasted for 10 days. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00% ,higher than that of the control group 82.00% （P〈 0.05）. In the treatment group,the pain relief time and scabby time were shorter than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before treatment （P〉 0.05）. After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment, and the pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Adjustment and control in digestive system with TCM combined with acyclovir on herpes zoster can effectively relieve pain, improve the clinical symptoms and improve treatment efficiency,worthy of popularization and application.
