摘要
采用0、350、500和650这4种不同捻系数的涤纶长丝分别编织3种不同组织结构的针织物,通过测试这12种针织物的热阻、湿阻、芯吸高度、水分蒸发率、透气率、抗弯刚度、起毛起球评定等级、勾丝评定等级、单位面积黏附力等指标,对应表征织物的各项性能,再运用模糊数学综合评价方法对针织物的服用舒适性能进行综合评价。研究结果表明:采用适当的高捻长丝编织,针织物的服用舒适性能可得到有效改善。
Knitted fabrics with three different structures were respectively knitted by using 0,350,500,650 four polyester filaments with different twist coefficient.The main indexes of twelve knitted fabrics were tested to characterize the properties of the fabric correspondingly,including thermal resistance,moisture resistance,wicking height,water evaporation rate,air permeability,flexural rigidity,pilling rating,snagging rating,adhesion force per unit area,etc.In addition,a comprehensive evaluation on the wearing comfort properties was made by using a fuzzy mathematical method.The research result indicated that the wearing comfort properties of fabrics could be improved effectively by using appropriate high twist filament.
