三峡水库水温对浮游植物群落演替和多样性的影响 被引量:13

摘要 通过对三峡水库浮游植物生物量及种类的长期监测发现,水温是影响三峡水库浮游植物演替的关键要素。设计了室内控制试验,以验证水温是否为影响三峡水库的浮游植物演替的关键要素,分析了水温与浮游植物生物量和群落结构的关系。结果表明:水温是影响浮游植物生物量和群落结构(多样性)的关键要素,16~25℃时,浮游植物生物量随水温的升高而增大;25~40℃时,浮游植物生物量随水温的升高而减小;23~25℃时,浮游植物生物量达到最大,群落多样性也达到最大。 Based on long-term monitoring of phytoplankton biomass and species in Three Gorges Reservoir,it was found that the water temperature was the key element to influence the succession of phytoplankton in Three Gorges Reservoir. In order to verify whether the water temperature is the key elements of the succession of phytoplankton in the reservoir,the interior control experiment was designed,and the relationship between the water temperature and phytoplankton biomass and community structure was analyzed. The results show that the water temperature is the key element affecting phytoplankton biomass and community structure( diversity). Under the water temperature of16-25 ℃,phytoplankton biomass increases with the rising of water temperature; under 25-40 ℃,phytoplankton biomass decreases with the increase of water temperature; under 23-25 ℃,the maximum phytoplankton biomass and the largest community diversity of phytoplankton can be achieved.
