医护患一体化健康教育模式在帕金森病住院患者中应用的效果评价 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨医护患一体化健康教育模式在帕金森病住院患者中的应用效果。方法收集80例帕金森病住院患者随机分为2组,对照组患者给予传统健康教育模式,实验组患者则实施医护患一体化健康教育模式,比较2组患者干预前后情绪问题、依从性、相关知识知晓率与疾病应对态度。结果实验组患者干预后SAS与SDS评分组间比较均显著低于对照组;依从性显著性优于对照组;疾病概念、临床症状、治疗时机、高危因素、治疗措施、康复时机、紧急处理与预防发作知晓率显著性高于对照组;疾病治疗态度、社会参与态度、危险因素控制态度与应急处理态度评分组间比较均显著性高于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论医护患一体化健康教育模式在帕金森病住院患者中的应用效果显著,借鉴意义重大。 Objective To explore effect of integrated health education on hospitalized patients with Parkinson disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with Parkinson ' s disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given traditional health education model and the experimental group received integrated health education model. Emotional problems,compliance,knowledge awareness and disease response attitude before and after intervention were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower,and the compliance was significantly better than the in the control group( P〈 0. 05).Awareness rate of disease concept,clinical symptom,treatment time,risk factors,treatment measures,treatment and prevention was significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈 0. 05),the attitude to disease treatment,social participation,risk factors and emergency treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion The integrated health education model has significant effect in Parkinson's disease patients.
