引导式教育理念在脑瘫患儿康复监护中的效果分析 被引量:32

摘要 目的探讨引导式教育理念在脑瘫患儿康复监护中的应用效果。方法收集80例脑瘫患儿随机分为2组,对照组采用常规康复治疗,实验组加施引导式教育理念干预,比较2组患儿干预后前后各功能区情况、独立性情况、生活质量情况与家属护理满意度。结果实验组患儿干预后认知功能、言语功能、社会功能与自理动作评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患儿干预后自理能力、括约肌控制、转移、行走评分与Wee FIM总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患儿干预后日常活动、学校活动、移动和平衡、疼痛、疲劳、饮食活动、语言和交流评分与Peds QLTM3.0总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患儿家属护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论引导式教育理念应用在脑瘫患儿康复监护中效果显著,可提高家属满意度,具有借鉴意义。 Objective To explore effect of guidance education on rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods Eighty children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy,while the experimental group was given guidance education. The cerebral functional area,independence,quality of life and satisfaction after intervention were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the cognitive function,speech function,motor function,social function and self-care action scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group( P〈 0. 01). The self-care ability,sphincter control,and the score of Wee FIM were significantly higher than that of the control group( P 〈0. 01). The scores of daily activities,school activities,movement and balance,pain,fatigue,diet activity,language and communication and overall scores of Peds QLTM3. 0 in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the group( P〈 0. 01). Conclusion Guidance education has significant efficacy for children with cerebral palsy,and can improve satisfaction of family members.
