摘要
利用三维建模软件Solid Works建立港口大型门座起重机三维模型,经过网格划分等前处理后导入计算流体力学分析软件CFX中,计算门座起重机的风载荷得到其在流场中的风速场、风压场分布图,再分析求解其风力系数,并在此基础上提出采用风压不均匀系数表征门座起重机表面风压的分布规律。将流场分析计算结果与依据GB/T 3811—2008《起重机设计规范》计算的结果进行比较分析,发现两者的误差在工程精度允许范围内。进一步验证了计算流体力学方法在大型门座起重机计算分析中的适用性,为工程设计人员提供有效参考。
A three-dimensional model is developed for the large portal crane used for port by using the three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works,and it is imported into the computational fluid dynamics analysis software CFX after pre-treatment such as mesh generation is accomplished. The wind speed field and wind pressure field distribution diagrams are obtained through calculating the wind load of theportal crane when it is exposed to flow field. Wind coefficient is calculated through analysis,and on this basis it is proposed to use the uneven factor of wind speed to reflect the distribution law of the surface wind pressure of portal cranes. Comparison between calculation results of the flow field and those obtained in accordance with GB / T 3811- 2008 Design Rules for Cranes reveals that the error between the two is within the allowable range of engineering accuracy. The paper further proves that the computational fluid dynamics method is applicable to computational analysis of large portal cranes and can provide effective guidance for engineering designers.
