摘要
针对垂直循环立体车库运行不平稳和噪声大的问题,对垂直循环立体车库的核心部分输送链系统进行运动学分析,计算链传动部分的受力和相应的动载荷,提出了通过减轻紧边链条、三角连接板和存车托盘的质量,减小主动链轮半径,采用合理布置方式,来减少链传动的动载荷,提高输送链的稳定性。
Vertical circulating parking system produces unstable operation and great noise. To solve these problems,kinematics analysis is conducted on the conveying chain system,core part of the vertical circulating parking system,to calculate the stress and corresponding dynamic load on the transmission section of the chain. The paper proposes to lighten the weight of tight-side chain,triangular connecting plate and parking pallet,reduce the radius of the drive sprocket and establish a reasonable arrangement mode to decrease the dynamic load on the chain during transmission and improve the stability of conveying chains.
