摘要 为实现岸边集装箱起重机连接支座厚板T形接头机器人高效焊接技术的应用,进行机器人不清根打底焊接试验。通过对不同钝边尺寸和不同根部间隙T形接头不清根打底焊熔透情况的研究,探索机器人双面不清根打底焊接工艺。结果表明:当钝边尺寸为0、根部间隙为4~5 mm时,厚板T形接头机器人不清根双面打底焊熔透状况良好。 Test of non-back gouging backing welding by robot is conducted to promote the application of high-efficiency welding technologies for the heavy plate T-joint of connecting base of query-side container cranes by robot. Double-side non-back gouging backing welding is explored through studying the penetration state of the non-back gouging backing welding of T-joint with different root face dimension and root gap. The result of study indicates that, the penetration of doubleside non-back gouging backing welding of heavy plate T-joint by robot is in sound condition when the root face dimension is 0 and root gap is about 4 to 5 mm.
