药用野生稻杂交后代对稻瘟病的抗性

Rice Blast Resistance of Hybrid Offspring of Medicinal Wild Rice

以Tetep、B40为抗、感对照品种,采用自然诱发,鉴定药用野生稻(Oryza officinalis Wall.)与栽培稻(Oryza sativa L.)杂交后代对稻瘟病的抗性。结果表明,以黑选A为母本与药用野生稻杂交的后代A_(C-1)、A_(C-2)、A_(C-3)叶瘟病级严重度均为3级,病斑孢子层级均为1级,与药用野生稻亲本一致,表现中抗;但杂交后代AC-4发生分化,其叶瘟病级严重度达7级,病斑孢子层级为5级,与母本黑选A一致,表现感病。

With Tetep（resistant） and B40（susceptible） as contrast,rice blast resistance of hybrid offspring between medicinal wild rice（Oryza officinalis Wall.） and cultivated rice（Oryza sativa L.） were identified by natural induction.The results showed that the leaf blast level severity of A_（C-1）、A_（C-2）、A_（C-3） that the hybrid progenies of black A as female parent and medicinal wild rice were grade 3,lesion of spore layer of them was level 1,and had no difference with medicinal wild rice parents in anti,belonged to middle resistance.But hybrid A_（C-4） occurred differentiation,the leaf blast serious degree was up to 7,lesion of spore layer was grade 5,and was consistent with female parent black A,showed susceptibility.
