不同处理对芍药花瓣护色效果的影响

Effects of Different Chemical Reagents on Peony Petal Color Protection

以新鲜芍药(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.)晴雯、桃花飞雪花瓣为试验材料,研究保色、干燥对芍药花瓣护色效果的影响。结果表明,采用B2试剂(5%柠檬酸+5%硫酸镁)浸泡3 h保色处理,对晴雯的保色效果最佳,其色泽和质地均较为理想;桃花飞雪以浸泡2 h的B3(10%柠檬酸+10%硫酸镁)试剂处理效果最好。两种保色剂中B试剂,即硫酸镁和柠檬酸的混合液对芍药花瓣的长期护色效果较稳定。

Using fresh flower petals peony（Paeonia lactiflora Pall.） varieties（Qingwen,Taohuafeixue） as experimental materials to study the color retention,drying on peony petal color protection effect.The results showed that the use of B2 reagent（5% citric acid＋5% magnesium sulfate） 3 h soak Qingwen color retention processing.Qingwen is the best one of the color retention effect,its color and texture are more desirable,Taohua feixue to B3（10% citric acid ＋10% magnesium sulfate）reagent 2 h best effect.The agent B of two color retention agents,namely a mixture of magnesium sulfate and citric acid peony petals on long-term color retention effect is more stable.
