摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定蔬菜、水果中的除草醚。样品用乙腈提取,经GC-e/NH2小柱净化,以乙腈+甲苯(体积比3∶1)溶液洗脱,采用气相色谱ECD检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明,回收率为85%~110%,相对标准偏差为5.7%~16.7%,定量限为0.001 mg/kg。该法准确可靠、前处理简便,适用于批量样品的检测。
The method for determination of nitrofen in fruits and vegetables was established by gas chromatography.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purified by GC-e/NH2 small column,and eluted with acetonitrile and toluene（volume ratio 3∶1）,then the extracted solution was analyzed by gas chromatography ECD detector and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the recovery was between 85% ~110%,the relative standard deviation was 5.7% ~16.7%,the limit of quantitation was 0.001 mg/kg.The method was proved to be accurate,reliable and convenient in pretreatment,suitable for the determination of batch sample.
